Trying to stay stress free...

Since the holidays have never been stressful before I figured they would be ultra stressful now that I am pregnant. They are a little but only because I forget things all the time and work around this time is crazy. I have tried a few things to help: I finished all my shopping and wrapping two days before Thanksgiving, I only have two gifts left to make, I planned my class' holiday craft in November and bought all of the supplies, and I have a great husband who helps out a lot! And with all of this... I still feel stressed.
I just started feeling so tired all the time. I have started sneezing all the time and not just regular sneezes but a double sneeze almost every time. If I don't sneeze before I start eating breakfast then I will while I am eating and that is never a pretty sight. on top of that, none of the tests I take when I go to the doctors seems to come out right so I have to retake or take harder tests. The people at the doctors call me everyday about one thing or another. All I have to say is... being pregnant is hard.
Now that I have the complaining out of the way, I love being pregnant. I love the fact that I can grow another person. I like that my jeans are getting tight but I have still not gained any weight. I like going shopping and not having to sneak into the baby section. It is just so much fun. I am so grateful that I get to have this experience, and I pray everything will go well! So to all the prego's out there... just smile, you're growin' a baby!

Being Pregnant

Being pregnant has its ups and downs... more than normal of course. It seems like one second I am just enjoying life and the next I feel like I am going to explode.

Being pregnant has taught me to listen to my body a lot more. I know can tell you when I am full before I ever get full. I can tell you when I will be too tired to move in 20 minutes. I can tell you when I am going to lose my lunch.

Being pregnant has made me learn that I have limits. Most of the time I can't run errands for hours after work. I can't just run and run with my students... I have to sit down from time to time.

Being pregnant is this exciting adventure and I love it. Well I love most of it, I could do with out being sick all the time, but I am making a baby. That is pretty amazing.
